Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

1. These Terms apply to all matters concerning the use of the App between the User and us.
2. In addition to these Terms, we may set additional rules and other provisions for the use of the App (the "Individual Provisions"). These Individual Provisions form part of these Terms, regardless of their name.
3. If these Terms and the Individual Provisions conflict, the Individual Provisions prevail unless they specifically state otherwise.

Article 2 (Fees)

The App is provided completely free of charge. There are no in-app purchases, paid features, or advertising. However, the User is responsible for any communication fees incurred when downloading or using the App.

Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)

When using the App, the User must not engage in any of the following:

1. Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
2. Acts related to criminal conduct
3. Acts that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights contained in the App
4. Using images in the App that infringe portrait rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights or interests of third parties
5. Defaming us or third parties, or harming reputation or credit
6. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise analyzing the App
7. Modifying, copying, redistributing, selling, or lending the App
8. Acts that may interfere with the operation of our services
9. Any other act we deem inappropriate

Article 4 (Suspension of Service)

1. We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the App without prior notice to Users if any of the following applies:
   • When performing maintenance or updates on the App's systems
   • When provision of the App becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
   • When continued provision becomes difficult due to OS or platform specification changes
   • When we otherwise determine that providing the App is difficult
2. We are not liable for any disadvantage or damage to Users or any third party arising from the suspension or interruption of the App.

Article 5 (Copyright & Intellectual Property)

1. All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the programs, designs, logos, text, images, audio, and other elements used in the App belong to us or to rightful holders.
2. Copyrights in photos and images that the User brings into the App remain with the User or the rightful holder. We acquire no rights to these images.
3. The User shall use only images for which they hold the copyright or have proper permission to use.

Article 6 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability)

1. We make no express or implied warranty that the App is free of factual or legal defects (including but not limited to defects, errors, bugs, or rights infringements with respect to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, or security).
2. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages incurred by Users in connection with the App.
3. We bear no responsibility for the content of images Users use with the App. The User is responsible for using any image in a way that does not infringe copyrights, portrait rights, or similar.
4. We bear no responsibility for transactions, communications, or disputes between Users and third parties in connection with the App.

Article 7 (Content Changes & Termination)

We may change the content of the App or end its provision without prior notice. We bear no liability for any damages incurred by Users as a result. With regard to data stored on the device when service ends, please handle it at your own discretion.

Article 8 (Updates to These Terms)

We may change these Terms at any time without notifying Users when we deem it necessary. The modified Terms take effect when posted on the website, and continued use of the App after that is considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)

Information obtained in connection with use of the App is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The App is designed to process data only on the device and not to transmit personal information externally.

Article 10 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. Any dispute arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location.
